I need a car to drive me there baby
but I need some money for the tank
I need a minute cause I dont have it on me

I need affection so I call up my baby
but she dont pick up her phone
so I call my friends but they dont pick up either
I guess I need to be alone
Im reading books about self-improvement
cause I need more self esteem
Im living upper lower class in America
I think I need a better dream

but I can't break the chain of need

so I walk down to the bar
then I keep walking straight past it cause I know theres a liquor store not too far
I get my bottle, I fucking love it

hes got a family
Ive got needs
